What is the cancellation policy?

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. To help us better manage our schedule and maximize availability for our clients, we kindly ask you to respect our 24-hour cancellation policy.

Cancellations with 24 hours’ notice or more: No penalty will be applied if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the appointment.

Late cancellations and no-shows: In cases of cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows without notification, Salon Maumy reserves the right to refuse any future appointment requests. This measure ensures fair service for all our clients.
